Beware of this site. After years of a tenuous relationship with Chronos, I can declare that if you value your data and want support this is not the company you want. After a recent upgrade to Soho Notes and a resulting database failure I can report:
1. My account settings cannot be changed so that I can reroute tech support questions to my most current email address.
2. They have no voice number for any type of query.
3. Emails with detailed information sent to other departments asking them to forward my email so that tech support can either call me or send a response to my most recent address have resulted in no response whatsoever.
Bottom line: Five years worth of important data trapped and/or lost and Chonos simply not giving a rip. I have been at this for one month with no response. What an awful company and way to treat customers.
